At ColourPop Cosmetics, Cass built and managed a diverse network of influencers, from micro-creators to celebrities, driving the success of high-profile collaborations with brands like the NBA, Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon, and Nintendo, resulting in an average Earned Media Value (EMV) of $60M+.

For the Animal Crossing: New Horizons collection, she revamped ColourPop’s influencer onboarding and database program to optimize targeting and maximize reach. Cass also developed a new influencer categorization by introducing a "Cosplayers/Anime" influencer tag, which expanded the brand's reach to gaming and anime makeup enthusiasts. This initiative helped make the Animal Crossing collaboration the most successful partnership to date. For the collaboration she also led the Influencer Relations team in executing giveaways and securing placements across Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, and press. Additionally, she spearheaded the creation of ColourPop’s virtual island on the game itself, offering customers an interactive in-game shopping experience.
